He was a co-founder of UPN. In partnership with Jeff Sagansky, he acquired Ardustry Home Entertainment in 2005 and became a co-chairman. Ardustry is now known as Allumination Filmworks and is a subsidiary of ContentFilm, a publicly traded UK based firm that McCluggage and Sagansky are investors in. McCluggage serves as a Director on the Board of ContentFilm.
